TomTom: Intranet Promotional Content

A short animation to creatively inspire and motivate TomTom employees to make use of their new intranet, showing various employees transforming into manga-style…...

This is only for the career development part of the intranet of course, but I think the Manga-theme is interesting. It makes sense for this topic, and it is a nice change from the "Space"theme we see so often.

The team's goal was to significantly upgrade the design and functionality of the intranet, and help employees at all D-H locations learn what's going on around the system. "

 

Partly made with Lego, but includes a demo of the new intranet. It ends with bloopers, which is rather fun.


The Dartmouth-Hitchcock health care system includes hundreds of physicians, specialists, and other providers who work together at different locations to meet the health care needs of patients in Northern New England.

Another talking head video with some (rather blurry) screenshots in between. This is from 2008, so the look-and-feel is a bit outdated. It is a standard summing up of functionality, but this CEO appears to be really enthusiastic about the intranet and at ease in front of a camera, and that makes a nice change from other CEO's that we have seen in this series.

Some people at North Dakota Workforce Safety do not want to change to The Source, their new intranet!

This is the social intranet of Coca Cola Enterprises, with sincere thanks to Jonathan Phillips and Neil Jenkins. It looks great, with bottles, caps and bubbles, so you know what company you work for! But it is done subtly. Functionality-wise, this looks pretty good and useful.

Nice animation of the benefts of collaborating in Team Sites at CSM. This is apparently the next step after news and employee directory. It is more about functionality than about the company itself.
